Alberto Anaya: China must be seen as a partner, not an enemy

　　With regard to trade frictions beteen China and Europe and the U.S., Alberto Anaya,president of the Labor Party of Mexico, said that China should be seen as a partner rather than an enemy. He also believes that dialogue, respect, collaboration and mutual learning are the cornerstones of the relations beteen orld's political parties.
